No Show Policy
At Arbor Pediatrics, we are committed to providing timely care for all of our patients. When an appointment is missed without prior notice, it limits our ability to serve others who may be in need of care.
If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, we kindly ask that you notify our office at least 24 hours in advance.
Appointments that are canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or missed entirely will be considered a No-Show. A $50 No-Show fee will be applied to your account for each missed appointment.
We understand that circumstances can change, and we appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain efficient scheduling. Repeated No-Shows may result in restricted scheduling options or potential dismissal from the practice.
Thank you for your understanding and support as we work to ensure access to care for all patients.
