We’re expanding our services to bring you even more support for your child’s health needs.
 

Clinical Advice Line

Our new Clinical Advice Line connects you with experienced pediatric medical assistants and nurses who can provide trusted medical advice, evaluate symptoms, and recommend next steps for your child’s care, all through the phone.

Telemedicine

In addition, you can now schedule telemedicine visits, available Monday - Thursday from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. When it comes to caring for your kids, not every issue needs to include a trip to the doctor’s office.

To speak to a member of Clinical Advice Line team or to schedule a telemedicine visit, just simply call your local office and select the appropriate option on the telephone menu. We look forward to speaking to you soon!


Because the Clinical Advice Line and telemedicine are part of our integrated pediatric network, our clinicians, medial assistants and nurses will have secure access to your child’s medical records. This ensures continuity of care, just like an in-person visit. Any advice, calls, or telemedicine appointments will be shared with your child’s primary care provider, so you can count on seamless, coordinated care.
